| 1/4 cup | Butter, melted |
| 1 tablespoon | Lemon Juice |
| To Taste | Onion, minced |
| To Taste | Your favorite Fish Seasoning |
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, and minced onion to create the lemon butter mixture.
- Season the fish fillets to your liking.
- Place the seasoned fish in a baking dish and dray (dredge or brush) with the lemon butter mixture, coating it well.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork but is still moist.
