1/4 cupButter, melted
1 tablespoonLemon Juice
To TasteOnion, minced
To TasteYour favorite Fish Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, and minced onion to create the lemon butter mixture.
  3. Season the fish fillets to your liking.
  4. Place the seasoned fish in a baking dish and dray (dredge or brush) with the lemon butter mixture, coating it well.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork but is still moist.

Try less time & cook at one time. Can always add.
