1/2 CupButter or Margarine
1/2 CupSliced Mushrooms
1/2 CupFlour
1/2 TeaspoonSalt
DashPepper
1 1/4 CupsChicken Broth
3/4 CupHalf & Half
2 CupsChicken - cut up (cooked)
For ServingChow Mein Noodles

Instructions

  1. Melt butter, sautéed mushrooms.
  2. Stir in Flour, salt & pepper til smooth.
  3. Add broth & cream. Stir constantly until thick.
  4. Add meat & heat well.
  5. Serve over Chow Mein Noodles.
