| 1 can/jar (drained) | Sliced Peaches |

| A little (from can/jar) | Peach Syrup |
| 1/2 or pieces | Chicken |

Instructions
- Cook rice until done.
- Place the cooked rice in the bottom of a shallow baking pan.
- Mix in the drained peach slices and seasonings (salt, pepper, etc.) with the rice.
- Add a little of the reserved peach syrup to the rice mixture. Be careful not to add too much, or the rice will be too sweet.
- Place the 1/2 chicken or chicken pieces on top of the rice mixture.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, butter, and any other desired seasonings.
- Bake at 350°F until the chicken is cooked through. The drippings from the chicken will flavor the rice and help to cut down on the sweetness from the peaches.
