| 1 pkg. | Chicken Breast |
| 1 pkg. | Tortillas |
| 1 can | Rotel |
| 1 can | Cream of Chicken Soup |
| 1 can | Cream of Mushroom Soup |
| 1 8 ounce carton | Sour Cream |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Cumin |
| Longhorn Cheddar Cheese | |
| Monterey Jack Cheese |
Instructions
- Lay tortillas in the bottom of a dish.
- Chop chicken into little bits & spread 1/2 of it on top of tortillas.
- Mix both cans of soup & Rotel in a saucepan & simmer until hot & let cool, then add cumin & sour cream.
- Pour this mixture over chicken, then do another layer & pour more sauce.
- Grate cheese, put on the bottom layer & on the cheddar cheese.
- Put in oven on 325 degrees & let cook until bubbly and hot.
