Instructions
1. Thaw the Cornish game hens. 2. Buy MJB white and wild rice mix. Prepare the rice mix according to the package directions. 3. For 4 people, buy 3/4 pound of fresh mushrooms. Chop the mushrooms in half (or to desired size). 4. Sauté the chopped mushrooms with chopped onion and butter. 5. Mix the sautéed mushrooms and onions with the prepared rice mix. 6. Chop walnuts and add them to the rice mixture. 7. Stuff the thawed Cornish game hens with the rice and mushroom mixture. 8. Bake the stuffed hens according to the directions appropriate for Cornish game hens.
