Measurements Ingredients 
As Needed Chicken, cut into pieces 
To Taste Salt 
To Taste Pepper 
To Taste Oregano 
To Taste Powdered Garlic 
To Taste Paprika 
As Needed Butter, melted 

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into your desired pieces.
  2. In a bowl, season the chicken pieces to your taste with salt, pepper, oregano, powdered garlic, and paprika. Mix well to coat.
  3. Arrange the seasoned chicken pieces on a baking tray.
  4. Melt the butter and pour it evenly over the chicken.
  5. Place the tray under the broiler and broil until the top of the chicken is crisp.
  6. Carefully turn each piece of chicken over.
  7. Return to the broiler and broil the other side until it is also crisp.
  8. Remove from the broiler and change the oven setting to Bake at 325°F.
  9. Bake the chicken for an additional 45 minutes, or until cooked through.
