Instructions
1. Spread 6 chicken legs and 6 thighs lightly with Dijon-style mustard. 2. Sprinkle the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. 3. Dip each piece of chicken in buttermilk. 4. Then, coat each piece thoroughly with fine dry breadcrumbs. 5. Place the coated chicken pieces on a baking sheet. 6. Cover the baking sheet with a sheet of foil. 7. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes. 8. Remove the foil. 9. Increase the oven heat to 450°F. 10. Bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes longer, or until the chicken is golden brown and tender when tested with a fork. 11.
