| 2 medium | Chicken Breasts, skinned |
| 1 tablespoon | Melted Margarine or Butter |
| 1/3 cup | Grated Parmesan Cheese |
| 2 tablespoons | Margarine |
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Dip the skinned chicken breasts first in the 1 tablespoon of melted margarine, then dip them in the grated Parmesan cheese to coat.
- Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of margarine in a shallow pie plate or baking dish.
- Place the cheese-coated chicken breasts in the dish with the melted margarine.
- Bake for about 50 minutes, or until the chicken is tender.
- Spoon the pan drippings over the chicken once or twice during baking.
Note
If the chicken is browning too quickly, you can cover it for the last 15 minutes of baking to prevent overbrowning.
