Instructions
- Cut the chicken into your desired pieces.
- In a bowl, season the chicken pieces to your taste with salt, pepper, oregano, powdered garlic, and paprika. Mix well to coat.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken pieces on a baking tray.
- Melt the butter and pour it evenly over the chicken.
- Place the tray under the broiler and broil until the top of the chicken is crisp.
- Carefully turn each piece of chicken over.
- Return to the broiler and broil the other side until it is also crisp.
- Remove from the broiler and change the oven setting to Bake at 325°F.
- Bake the chicken for an additional 45 minutes, or until cooked through.
