A classic comfort food recipe. Tender round steak is browned, then slow-braised in the oven with stewed tomatoes, celery, carrots, and onions, and finished with melted cheese.

| 1/4 cup | Chopped Celery |
| 1/4 cup | Chopped Carrot |
| 1 tablespoon | Chopped Onion |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Worcestershire Sauce |
| 2 tablespoons | Shredded Cheese |
Instructions
1.s Cut the round steak into two portions. 2.s Coat the meat with salt, pepper, and flour. 3.s In a skillet, brown the meat in hot oil. 4.s Place the browned meat in a shallow baking dish. 5.s Blend any remaining flour with the drippings in the skillet. 6.s Add the remaining ingredients (tomatoes, celery, carrot, onion, Worcestershire sauce) to the skillet and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture boils. 7.s Pour the sauce mixture over the meat in the baking dish. 8.s Cover and bake at 325°F - 350°F for 2 hours, or until the meat is tender. 9.s Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the meat and return it to the oven just until the cheese melts.
