| 1 tablespoon | Cooking Oil |
| 1 (6 ounce) can | CornV |
| 2 heaping tablespoons | Green Chili |
| 1 cup | Grated Jack Cheese or Cheddar Cheese |
| 1 (8 ounce) can | Tomato Sauce |
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2. In a skillet, brown the seasoned steaks on both sides in the cooking oil. 3.s In a small bowl, combine the corn, green chili, and half of the grated cheese. 4. Spoon half of this corn mixture into the center of each browned steak. 5. Fold or roll the steaks and secure them with a toothpick or two. 6. Place the steak rolls in a baking dish. 7. Cover the rolls with the tomato sauce. 8. Top with the remaining cheese. 9. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
