MeasurementsIngredients 
¼ Cup Table Fat 
Sliver Garlic 
2 Cups Diced Leftover Beef 
1 Cup Beef Stock or 1 Bouillon Cube & 1 Cup Hot Water
½ lb Mushrooms 
1 Tablespoon Water 
Large Onion 
1 Cup Tomatoes 
1 Teaspoon Paprika 
1 Tablespoon Flour 
½ Teaspoon Salt 
Dash Pepper 
¼ Cup Thick Sour Cream 

Instructions

1.  Melt fat, fry onion and garlic lightly; add tomatoes. 2.  Simmer 10 minutes. 3.  Add meat, stock, and paprika and let simmer. 4.  Saute mushrooms and add. 5.s Make a paste of flour and water and add to mixture, stirring until smooth. 6.  Add salt, pepper, and sour cream. 7.  Heat through.
