1 - 2 Pounds   Flank Steak             
1 Cup Finely Chopped, Onion   
1 Teaspoons   Minced, Garlic   
3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil 
1 Cup Water 
Cup Brown Sugar 
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce 
2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
Teaspoon Ground Ginger 
Teaspoon Grated, Lemon Peel 
Dash Hot Pepper 

Instructions

1.  Cut steak across the grain into inch slices. 2.  Sauté onion and garlic in oil. 3.  Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until slightly thickened. 4.  Thread meat on skewers; brush with sauce. 5.  Grill for 8-10 minutes, basting with sauce.
