MeasurementsIngredients 
6 Slices Bread 
1 Pound Ground Beef 
1 Small Onion, chopped fine 
2 Teaspoons Chives, chopped 
Section  Bacon Drippings 
1 Cup Sour Cream 
 Milk 
 Salt 
 Pepper 

Instructions

1.  Soak bread in milk, then squeeze nearly dry. 2.  Mix with meat, chives, onion, and seasoning. 3.  Shape into balls. 4.  Fry in bacon drippings until browned on all sides. 5.  Add 1/2 cup sour cream. 6._ Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour. 7.  Add remaining sour cream, heat thoroughly, and serve.
