A quick and easy Korean BBQ recipe. Thin-sliced short ribs (or flank steak) are marinated in a sweet and savory soy-garlic-sesame sauce and grilled hot and fast.

Measurements Ingredients 
Approximately 2 packagesLean Short Ribs 
1 Cup Soy Sauce 
10 Tablespoons Sugar 
1 Teaspoon Accent
1/2 Tablespoon Salad Oil 
1sMashed Garlic 
Dash Salt + Pepper 
1 Tablespoon Sesame Seed 
s  Chopped Green Onion 

Instructions

  1. Requires approximately 2 packages of lean short ribs.
  2. To cut shortribs as thin as possible, slice when partly frozen.
  3. Tenderize the sliced pieces with knife, cutting meat along the bone.
  4. Marinate 1/2 hour in this sauce: (Soy sauce, Sugar, Accent, Salad oil, Mashed garlic, Salt + pepper, Sesame seed, Chopped green onion).
  5. Cook meat over hibachi or barbeque.
  6. Cook a couple seconds each side.
  7. Eat hot.
  8. Can also use flank steak.
