A quick and easy Korean BBQ recipe. Thin-sliced short ribs (or flank steak) are marinated in a sweet and savory soy-garlic-sesame sauce and grilled hot and fast.

| Approximately 2 packages | Lean Short Ribs |
| 1 Cup | Soy Sauce |
| 10 Tablespoons | Sugar |
| 1 Teaspoon | Accents |
| 1/2 Tablespoon | Salad Oil |
| 1s | Mashed Garlic |
| Dash | Salt + Pepper |
| 1 Tablespoon | Sesame Seed |
| s | Chopped Green Onion |
Instructions
- Requires approximately 2 packages of lean short ribs.
- To cut shortribs as thin as possible, slice when partly frozen.
- Tenderize the sliced pieces with knife, cutting meat along the bone.
- Marinate 1/2 hour in this sauce: (Soy sauce, Sugar, Accent, Salad oil, Mashed garlic, Salt + pepper, Sesame seed, Chopped green onion).
- Cook meat over hibachi or barbeque.
- Cook a couple seconds each side.
- Eat hot.
- Can also use flank steak.
