Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet.
- Sauté the Braciole in the oil until well browned on all sides.
- Add Tully’s spaghetti sauce to the skillet, cover, and simmer for one hour.
- Remove the meat from the sauce and let it cool for at least 15-30 minutes.
- Remove any string used to secure the Braciole.
- Slice the rolls and serve them in the tomato sauce, over pasta or rice if desired.

The title on the original recipe card is “Cottage Cheese Mix,” which is an error. The ingredients and instructions are for preparing Braciole. This recipe provides the cooking method for braciole, not the recipe for making the beef rollups themselves.
