Filling Options
Ham Filling
- Ground Ham
- Sweet Pickle
- Mayonnaise
- 1 T Milk
- Horseradish
Chicken Filling
- Cooked, chopped Chicken
- 1/2 c Sour Cream
- 3 T chopped Pimento
- Salt
Tuna Filling
- 1 can Flaked Tuna
- 1/2 c Shredded Cheese
- 1/4 c chopped Celery
- 1/4 c Mayonnaise
- 1 T Lemon Juice
- Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Separate dough into triangles & place 4 triangles on greased cookie sheets.
- Mound & spread filling about 1/4” from edge of triangle.
- Beat egg with 1 T water, use to moisten edges of triangles.
- Top with remaining triangles, pinch edges together firmly.
- Brush tops with egg mixture.
- Bake 20-25 m until browned.
- Slice in half & serve hot.
