| 2 Packages | Chopped Broccoli, thawed and squeezed dry |
| 1/4 Cup | Chopped Onion |
| 6 Tablespoons | Butter (divided) |

| 1/2 Cup | Water |
| 1 (8 oz) Jar | Cheez Whiz |
| 3 | Eggs, Well Beaten |
| 1/2 Cup | Cracker Crumbs |
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a casserole dish.
- Thaw the broccoli and squeeze it in a towel to get it as dry as possible.
- Make the Sauce: In a saucepan, sauté the chopped onion in four tablespoons of butter until tender.
- Stir in the flour. Gradually add the water, stirring to create a smooth, thick sauce.
- Add the Cheez Whiz and stir over low heat until melted.
- Assemble: In a large bowl, combine the cheese sauce, the well-drained broccoli, and the well-beaten eggs.
- Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish.
- Make the Topping: Melt the remaining two tablespoons of butter and toss with the cracker crumbs.
- Sprinkle the buttered crumbs over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350°F, or until set.
