1 small containerSour Cream (8 oz)
1 packageDry Onion Soup Mix
1 small canFrench-Fried Onion Rings

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a casserole dish.
  2. Cook the frozen spinach according to package directions.
  3. Drain the spinach thoroughly, squeezing out all excess moisture.
  4. In a bowl, mix the drained spinach with the sour cream and the dry onion soup mix.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot.
  7. Top with the French-fried onion rings.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, until the onions are golden.
