MeasurementsIngredients
1 bunchFresh Broccoli, Cut Up Fine & Steamed
1 canSliced Water Chestnuts, Drained
½ MediumOnion, Chopped
1 canCream of Mushroom Soup
¾ cupMayonnaise
2Eggs, Beaten
1 cupGrated Cheddar Cheese
As neededBread Crumbs (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the steamed broccoli, drained water chestnuts, chopped onion, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, beaten eggs, and grated cheddar cheese.
  3. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top, if desired.
  5. Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until hot and set.
