1 bunchBroccoli, cooked and drained
1/2 to 1 cupShredded Cheddar Cheese
6 to 8Crackers, crushed
1 canCream of Celery Soup
1/2 canWater (use soup can)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook the broccoli until just barely tender. Drain well.
  3. In the baking dish, create alternating layers of the cooked broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, and crushed crackers.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the cream of celery soup with 1/2 can of water.
  5. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
