| 1 T | Oleo (or Butter) |
| To Taste | Salt & Pepper |
| Pinch | Nutmeg |
| As Needed | Milk (to whip) |

| 2 c | Cut up cooked Ham |
| 2 T | Margarine |
| 1/2 c | Green Pepper or Pimento strips |
| 1 can (#2) | Drained Pineapple Chunks |
| 1 T | Cornstarch |
| 2 T | Brown Sugar |
| 3/4 c | Pineapple Juice |
| 2 T | Vinegar |
Instructions
- Cook, mash potatoes - add butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg & milk to whip.
- Saute ham in 2 T margarine, stirring until golden.
- Add green pepper & pineapple chunks - cook 2-3 min.
- Stir in combined br. sugar & cornstarch then juice & vinegar.
- Cook stirring until clear & thick.
- Pour mixture into 9” pie plate, drop spoonfuls of potato on top.
- Bake until bubbling hot.
