An extremely simple, one-pot stovetop chicken casserole. Cut-up chicken, small onions, cream of mushroom, and cheddar cheese soup are simmered together until tender. Perfect served over rice.

Instructions
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine the cut-up chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese soup, and small onions.
- Cook for about 1 hour, or until the chicken is tender.
- Serve over rice.
Note
The recipe card suggests using Oregon Brand Rice and notes that you can “cut recipe in half for small group.” It also suggests serving the meal with a vegetable, salad, bread, and dessert.
