A wonderfully simple and hearty casserole, this “E-Z Casserole” bakes raw ground beef, seasonings, and frozen french fries in a creamy mushroom sauce.

| 1/2 pound | Ground Beef (raw) |
| 1 pound package | Frozen French Fries |
| 2 cans | Cream of Mushroom Soup |
| 2/3 can | Milk |
| 1 teaspoon | Salt |
| 1/8 teaspoon | Lawry’s Seasoned Salt |
| 1/8 teaspoon | Black Pepper |
| 1/4 teaspoon | All-purpose Seasoning |
| Optional | Onions and Peas |
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter an 8x11 inch baking dish.
- Lightly spread the raw ground beef in the bottom of the dish.
- In a small bowl, combine all the seasonings (Salt, Seasoned Salt, Pepper, All-purpose Seasoning). Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the ground beef.
- Layer the frozen French fries on top of the meat. (Add optional onions and peas here, if using).
- In a separate bowl, blend the cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth.
- Pour the soup mixture evenly over the French fries.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
