1 mediumBell Pepper, diced
1 (15 ounce) canTomato Sauce
1 (16 ounce) canSmall Peas, drained
1 (11 ounce) canCorn Niblets, drained
2 to 4 tablespoonsChili Powder
To TasteSalt and Pepper
As NeededGrated Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a large baking dish.
  2. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain.
  3. In a large skillet, fry the ground beef, diced onion, and diced bell pepper until the meat is browned. Drain off any excess grease.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked meat mixture, cooked noodles, tomato sauce, drained peas, drained corn, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Cover the top with plenty of grated cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
