Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a large baking dish.
- Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain.
- In a large skillet, fry the ground beef, diced onion, and diced bell pepper until the meat is browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked meat mixture, cooked noodles, tomato sauce, drained peas, drained corn, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Cover the top with plenty of grated cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
