| 1 carton | Sour Cream |

| 1 bunch | Spring Onions, tops chopped |
| 1 tsp. | Sugar |
| To taste | Salt & Pepper |
| To taste | Other spices (e.g., oregano) |
| As needed | Grated Cheese (for topping) |
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Brown meat in a skillet. Add garlic, salt, pepper, & 1 tsp. sugar to taste.
- Add tomato sauce & let simmer about 20 minutes.
- While sauce simmers, cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream, softened cream cheese, and chopped spring onion tops.
- Layer in a baking dish: noodles, then the sour cream sauce, then the meat sauce.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 325°F.
