1 PoundGround Beef
CupSoft Bread Crumbs
CupKetchup
CupWater
1Egg
2-3 CupsHot Mashed Potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the Lipton mushroom mix, ground beef, bread crumbs, ketchup, water, and egg. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Press the meat mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form a crust.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  5. Carefully drain any excess fat from the pan.
  6. Top the hot meat pie with the hot mashed potatoes and serve.
