Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease an 11x13 inch baking dish.
- For the Sauce: In a saucepan, mix the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, taco sauce, chopped green chilies, and milk. Warm over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- For the Meat: In a separate skillet, brown the ground beef and chopped onion. Drain any excess fat.
- To Assemble: Layer the ingredients in the greased dish as follows:
- A thin layer of sauce.
- Half of the torn tortillas.
- Half of the meat mixture.
- Half of the remaining sauce.
- The rest of the tortillas.
- The rest of the meat mixture.
- The rest of the sauce.
- Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
