MeasurementsIngredients
¾ CupSugar
½ CupBisquick
2 TbspOleo or Butter, softened
1 Can (13oz)Evaporated Milk
2Eggs
1 Can (16oz)Pumpkin
2 tspVanilla
2 tspPumpkin Pie Spice
OR:
½ tspCinnamon
½ tspNutmeg
⅛ tspCloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9” or 10” pie plate.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender or a large bowl.
  3. Beat until smooth (about 1 minute in a blender or 2 minutes with a hand mixer).
  4. Pour into the greased pie plate.
  5. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool completely before serving.
