| ¾ Cup | Sugar |
| ½ Cup | Bisquick |
| 2 Tbsp | Oleo or Butter, softened |
| 1 Can (13oz) | Evaporated Milk |
| 2 | Eggs |
| 1 Can (16oz) | Pumpkin |
| 2 tsp | Vanilla |
| 2 tsp | Pumpkin Pie Spice |

| ½ tsp | Cinnamon |
| ½ tsp | Nutmeg |
| ⅛ tsp | Cloves |
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9” or 10” pie plate.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or a large bowl.
- Beat until smooth (about 1 minute in a blender or 2 minutes with a hand mixer).
- Pour into the greased pie plate.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Cool completely before serving.
