1 tsp.Sugar
½ cupVegetable Oil
2 TbspMilk

Instructions

  1. Sift or whisk the flour, salt, and sugar together directly in a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. In a cup, mix the oil and milk.
  3. Pour the liquid over the dry ingredients in the pan.
  4. Mix with a fork until no dry flour shows.
  5. Press the dough evenly to line the bottom and sides of the pan.
  6. Either fill and bake according to your pie recipe, or prick the crust all over with a fork and pre-bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.
