Instructions
- Sift or whisk the flour, salt, and sugar together directly in a 9-inch pie pan.
- In a cup, mix the oil and milk.
- Pour the liquid over the dry ingredients in the pan.
- Mix with a fork until no dry flour shows.
- Press the dough evenly to line the bottom and sides of the pan.
