Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate over low heat until smooth.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and becomes “lumpy.”
- Remove the pan from the heat and immediately stir in the tap water until the mixture is smooth again.
- Pour the filling into the pre-baked pie shell.
- Chill for several hours, or until the filling is completely set.
