A wonderfully light and fluffy no-bake pie with a rich chocolate flavor from melted Hershey bars and marshmallows.

| 1 (9-inch) | Chocolate or Graham Cracker Crust |
| 25 Large | Marshmallows |
| 6 | Hershey Bars (standard 1.55 oz size) |
| 1/2 Cup | Milk |
| 1/2 Pint (1 cup) | Heavy Cream |
| Optional Topping | Nuts or Grated Hershey |
Instructions
- In the top of a double boiler, melt the marshmallows and Hershey bars in the 1/2 cup of milk, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the cooled chocolate mixture into the whipped cream.
- Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts or grated Hershey for a topping, if desired.
- Chill for several hours until firm before serving.
Note
It is very important to let the chocolate and marshmallow mixture cool completely to room temperature before folding it into the whipped cream.
