This apple pie has no added sugar, getting all its sweetness from raisins and concentrated apple juice.

| 1/4 Cup | Raisins |
| 1 Small can | Frozen Concentrated Apple Juice, thawed |
| 4 oz. (1/2 cup) | Heavy Cream |
| 2 Tbsp | Cornstarch |
| 2 Tbsp | Cinnamon |
| 1 recipe for a double | 9-inch Pie Crust |
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Arrange the apple slices in the bottom pie crust and sprinkle the raisins over the slices.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the thawed apple juice concentrate, heavy cream, cornstarch, and cinnamon.
- Pour this mixture over the apples and raisins.
- Place the top crust on the pie, seal and crimp the edges, and cut a few slits for steam to escape.
- Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to 350°F and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbly.
