Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jello powder in the boiling water.
- Add the frozen strawberries and stir until they thaw and the Jello cools.
- Stir in the crushed pineapple (with juice) and sliced bananas.
- Pour half of the mixture into a large dish (e.g., 9x13 inch pan) and refrigerate until it congeals.
- Carefully spread the sour cream over the set Jello layer.
- Gently pour the remaining Jello mixture on top of the sour cream.
- Refrigerate for several more hours, or until completely firm.
