Fruit Jello Layers

2 CupsBoiling Water
2 pkg.Frozen Strawberries
1 lg. canCrushed Pineapple, undrained
3Bananas, sliced

1/2 pt.Sour Cream (1 cup)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jello powder in the boiling water.
  2. Add the frozen strawberries and stir until they thaw and the Jello cools.
  3. Stir in the crushed pineapple (with juice) and sliced bananas.
  4. Pour half of the mixture into a large dish (e.g., 9x13 inch pan) and refrigerate until it congeals.
  5. Carefully spread the sour cream over the set Jello layer.
  6. Gently pour the remaining Jello mixture on top of the sour cream.
  7. Refrigerate for several more hours, or until completely firm.
