Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jello powder in 1 cup of boiling water.
- Stir in the crushed pineapple (with juice), mashed bananas, chopped nuts, and thawed frozen strawberries.
- Pour half of this mixture into a large flat dish (9x13 inch pan).
- Refrigerate until jelled and firm.
- Carefully spread the sour cream over the set Jello layer.
- Gently pour the remaining fruit mixture over the sour cream.
- Refrigerate for several more hours, or until completely firm.
