| 1 (10 oz) bottle | 7-Up Soda, chilled |

Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the dry Jello powder until combined.
- Gradually pour in the boiling water, mixing until smooth and the Jello is dissolved.
- Stir in the sugar and vanilla.
- Slowly pour in the chilled 7-Up.
- Fold in the drained pineapple and chopped pecans.
- Pour into a mold and chill until firm.
Note
The original recipe card suggests a variation: You can substitute orange Jello and mandarin oranges for the lime Jello and pineapple.
