MeasurementsIngredients
1 qtCranberries (fresh or frozen)
1Whole Orange
2 CupsSugar
2 TbspGelatin (unflavored)
1 CupCold Water
1 CupChopped Nuts
1 CupDiced Celery

Instructions

  1. Using a food chopper or processor, grind the cranberries and the whole orange.
  2. In a saucepan, add the sugar to the fruit mixture and bring it to a boil.
  3. In a separate small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the cup of cold water.
  4. Remove the hot cranberry mixture from the heat and stir in the dissolved gelatin until well combined.
  5. Let the mixture cool down.
  6. Once cooled, stir in the chopped nuts and diced celery.
  7. Pour into a mold and refrigerate until set.
