A classic molded cranberry relish, perfect for the holidays, that gets a wonderful crunch from celery and nuts.

| 1 qt | Cranberries (fresh or frozen) |
| 1 | Whole Orange |
| 2 Cups | Sugar |
| 2 Tbsp | Gelatin (unflavored) |
| 1 Cup | Cold Water |
| 1 Cup | Chopped Nuts |
| 1 Cup | Diced Celery |
Instructions
- Using a food chopper or processor, grind the cranberries and the whole orange.
- In a saucepan, add the sugar to the fruit mixture and bring it to a boil.
- In a separate small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the cup of cold water.
- Remove the hot cranberry mixture from the heat and stir in the dissolved gelatin until well combined.
- Let the mixture cool down.
- Once cooled, stir in the chopped nuts and diced celery.
- Pour into a mold and refrigerate until set.
