MeasurementsIngredients
1 pkg.Cherry Flavored Gelatin
1 cupBoiling Water
1 (7 oz.) bottleGinger Ale, chilled
2 T.Lime Juice
1 (1 lb. 2 oz.) canFruit Cocktail, drained

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water. Let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Gently stir in the ginger ale and lime juice.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until it begins to thicken (partially set).
  4. Drain the fruit cocktail well and stir it into the thickened gelatin.
  5. Pour into a 1-quart mold.
  6. Chill until firm.
