| 1 pkg. | Cherry Flavored Gelatin |
| 1 cup | Boiling Water |
| 1 (7 oz.) bottle | Ginger Ale, chilled |
| 2 T. | Lime Juice |
| 1 (1 lb. 2 oz.) can | Fruit Cocktail, drained |
Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water. Let it cool to room temperature.
- Gently stir in the ginger ale and lime juice.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until it begins to thicken (partially set).
- Drain the fruit cocktail well and stir it into the thickened gelatin.
- Pour into a 1-quart mold.
- Chill until firm.
