4 pkg.Lemon Jello
2 cansBlueberries
1 CupMashed Bananas
1 canPineapple Juice (No. 2)
2 cartonsWhipping Cream

Instructions

  1. Drain the juice from the blueberries and combine it with the pineapple juice in a saucepan. Heat the juices to boiling.
  2. Pour the boiling liquid over the 4 packages of Jello in a large bowl. Stir until the Jello is completely dissolved.
  3. Refrigerate until the Jello is partially set (it should mound when dropped from a spoon).
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream, mashed bananas, and the reserved blueberries into the partially set Jello.
  6. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan and refrigerate until firm.
