1 pkg.Lemon Jello (Dry)
1 sm. pkg.Cream Cheese, softened
1 CupBoiling Water
1 canApricots (
1/2 CupReserved Apricot Juice
1/2 CupChopped Pecans

Instructions

  1. Drain the apricots, reserving 1/2 cup of the juice. Pulverize the drained apricots in a blender.
  2. In a bowl, blend the dry lemon Jello mix and the softened cream cheese with a fork.
  3. Pour the boiling water over the mixture and stir until everything is dissolved and smooth.
  4. Stir in the pulverized apricots and the reserved apricot juice.
  5. Stir in the chopped pecans.
  6. Pour into a mold and refrigerate until firm.
