Instructions
- In a saucepan, boil the sugar and water together, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the marshmallows to the hot syrup and stir until they melt completely. Let the syrup cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine the thawed strawberries (with juice), crushed pineapple (with juice), drained apricots, and sliced bananas.
- Pour the marshmallow syrup over the fruit and stir to combine.
- Spoon the mixture into cupcake liners placed in muffin tins.
- Freeze until firm.
