1 C.Water
10 lg.Marshmallows

2 pkg.Frozen Strawberries (thawed, with juice)
1 lg. canCrushed Pineapple (with juice)
1 lg. canApricots (diced & drained)
4Bananas, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, boil the sugar and water together, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add the marshmallows to the hot syrup and stir until they melt completely. Let the syrup cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the thawed strawberries (with juice), crushed pineapple (with juice), drained apricots, and sliced bananas.
  4. Pour the marshmallow syrup over the fruit and stir to combine.
  5. Spoon the mixture into cupcake liners placed in muffin tins.
  6. Freeze until firm.
