| 6 Tbsp | Chilled Butter |

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- For the Topping: In a bowl, mix the flour and 3/4 cup brown sugar. Cut in the chilled butter until crumbly. Stir in the instant oat flakes.
- For the Filling: In a separate bowl, mix the apples, lemon juice, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Press half of the topping mixture into the bottom of a buttered baking dish.
- Spread the apple mixture on top.
- Cover the apples with the rest of the topping mixture.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
