This is the quintessential “dump cake” cobbler—a super easy dessert made by layering fruit and dry cake mix right in the pan.

MeasurementsIngredients
1 (20 ounce) canCrushed Pineapple
1-2 cans or bagsPeaches (frozen or canned)
1 (13 ounce) boxCake Mix (yellow or white)
As NeededPecans
1/4 cupSugar
As NeededMelted Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Spread the crushed pineapple (with juice) in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.
  3. Arrange a layer of peaches over the pineapple.
  4. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the fruit.
  5. Arrange another layer of peaches on top of the cake mix.
  6. Sprinkle pecans and sugar over the top.
  7. Drizzle melted butter evenly over everything.
  8. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
