Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the sugar, vanilla, & lemon juice.
  2. Gradually whisk in the evaporated milk until smooth.
  3. Stir in the whipping cream.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture until well chilled.
  5. Pour into an ice cream freezer container.
  6. Churn and freeze according to the manufacturer’s directions.
