Instructions
- Sift together the Flour, Sugar, Soda, Spices, & Salt.
- Stir in the Carrots, Raisins, Fruits, & Pecans.
- Add the Suet & Milk; mix well.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased pudding mold.
- Steam for 4 hours over simmering water.
- Serve with Vanilla Sauce.
