An incredibly simple, no-bake version of the classic French dessert, made in a blender for a perfectly smooth and rich chocolate custard.

| One & Cups | Half-and-Half, Scalded |
| Two | Egg Yolks |
| Three Tablespoons | Brandy |

Instructions
- Put one cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips, one and a half cups of scalded half-and-half, two egg yolks, and three tablespoons of brandy into a blender.
- Cover the blender and process at “blend” speed until the mixture is smooth.
- Fill individual serving cups or ramekins about two-thirds full with the chocolate mixture.
- Cover the cups and chill for at least three hours, or until firm. The dessert may be refrigerated overnight.
- When ready to serve, top the cups with whipped cream.
- Serve with crisp, not-too-sweet cookies.
