1/2 CButter
1/2 CPeanut Butter
1/2 CBrown Sugar
1/2 CWhite Sugar
1Egg, well beaten
2 TbspOrange Juice
1 TbspOrange Rind
2 3/4 CFlour
1/4 tspSalt
1/2 tspSoda (Baking Soda)
1/2 CPecan Nut Meats

Instructions

  1. Cream butter & peanut butter together, add sugar.
  2. Add egg, juice & rind.
  3. Stir in flour, sifted with salt & soda.
  4. Stir in nuts.
  5. Form in rolls. Wrap in waxed paper & chill overnight.
  6. Slice & bake.
