| 2 Tbsp | Orange Juice |
| 1 Tbsp | Orange Rind |
| 2 3/4 C | Flour |
| 1/4 tsp | Salt |
| 1/2 tsp | Soda (Baking Soda) |
| 1/2 C | Pecan Nut Meats |
Instructions
- Cream butter & peanut butter together, add sugar.
- Add egg, juice & rind.
- Stir in flour, sifted with salt & soda.
- Stir in nuts.
- Form in rolls. Wrap in waxed paper & chill overnight.
- Slice & bake.
