Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, cream together the shortening, brown sugar, and granulated sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the vanilla and the eggs.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the sifted dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and mix well.
- By hand, stir in ½ cup of the M&M candies.
- Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
