2 tBaking Powder (B. Pwd.)

To TopOrange Icing

Instructions

  1. Cream sugar and shortening. Add egg, vanilla, and carrots.
  2. Add dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt).
  3. Bake at 350°F.
  4. Ice with orange icing.
