A classic and incredibly easy layered bar cookie. A buttery graham cracker crust is layered with coconut, chocolate chips, and nuts, then drenched in sweetened condensed milk and baked to gooey perfection.

1/2 Cup (1 stick)Butter or Margarine
1 1/2 CupsGraham Cracker Crumbs
1 Can (3.5 oz)Coconut Flakes
1 pkg (6 oz)Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 CupChopped Nuts
1 Can (14 oz)Sweetened Condensed Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the butter in a 13x9x2 inch baking pan and put it in the oven to melt.
  3. Remove the pan from the oven. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs evenly over the melted butter and press down firmly to create the crust.
  4. Layer the ingredients in the following order over the crust, sprinkling each one evenly:
    • Coconut Flakes
    • Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
    • Chopped Nuts
  5. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the entire top.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Let the pan cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into bars.
